San Marcos Youth Soccer - A Local League For Local Families

• Your coach will or received the Team Information Form in their coach’s packets at the SMYS coaches meeting. 
• Please complete and turn in your team information form at the Team Parent Meeting. 
• Recruit two parents from your team to work the concession stand.  
• These volunteers are only required to work one 1 ½ hour shift per season.  
• Concession duty will be just before, or just after your scheduled game time. 

 Team Information Sheet
