Secretary
Under the direction of the Executive Administrator, the Secretary is responsible for preparing minutes at official league meetings; sends minutes to board of directors for review; reserves facilities for all league meetings.
Registrar
4 positions:
Under the supervision of the Director of Registration, the Registrar enters player data into league registration system; provides player data to division coordinators for team formation; creates team rosters per division coordinators’ designation; maintains official league rosters for assigned divisions. Divisions are divided into four areas:
Lower Divisions: u05 – u08
Middle Divisions: u10 – u14
Upper & Competitive Divisions: u16 – u19 and Competitive Teams
Arena - winter and/or spring arena seasons
Referee Scheduler
2 positions:
Under the direction of the Director of Referees, the Referee Scheduler creates and maintains referee schedules; recruits referees when necessary; keeps a record of total games refereed by each referee.

Post-Season Coordinator
Under the direction of the Director of Recereation Programs, the Post-Season Scheduler is responsible for post-season tournaments for league champions and all star teams; registering teams in tournaments, scheduling practice times.
Player Evaluation Coordinator
Under the direction of the Director of Recreation Programs, the Player Evaluation Coordinator is responsible for creating and implementing player evaluation forms; maintaining player ratings in league registration system.
Picture Day Coordinator
Under the direction of the Director of Team Parents, the Picture Day Coordinator assists with coordinating and staffing picture day and distribution of team pictures to teams.
Game Schedule
4 positions:
Under the Direction of the Director of Recreation Programs or the Director of Competitive Programs, the Game Scheduler is responsible for scheduling league games and playoffs.

Winter Arena
Spring Arena
Fall Season
Revolution/Presidio
Fields Coordinator
Responsible for setting up and tearing down goals, nets, and corner flags before and after games.
Equipment Coordinator
Responsible for maintaining field equipment (goals, nets, corner flags, etc.) and field painting equipment.
